What transfers are included in my dental package?

New Look Smile Group's Antalya dental packages include VIP airport transfers on arrival and departure, plus scheduled hotel-to-clinic and clinic-to-hotel journeys. VIP transfers are also included with the Treatment Only option, even though that option does not include accommodation.

When you arrange your own hotel, its location needs to be close enough for our transfer arrangements. Send the hotel name and address to our booking team before booking so we can confirm coverage. Are the rides private or shared?

Your ride is private for you and your travelling companions. You do not share the vehicle with other patients.

Companions can join your included airport and clinic transfers free of charge. Their accommodation arrangements are separate from their transfer arrangements.

Who meets me at Antalya Airport?

A New Look Smile Group team member meets you at your terminal's exit and accompanies you to the vehicle in the airport parking area. Your driver waits inside the car; the team member handles the terminal-exit welcome and walks with you to the driver.

This separates the two roles clearly: you meet our airport team member at the terminal exit, rather than looking for the driver there. For more information about your pickup arrangements, contact our team before travelling.

What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives late at night?

We use the flight details you provide to monitor your arrival and adjust the pickup arrangements when delays occur. Included airport pickups are arranged around your arrival time, including late-night arrivals, without an additional delay or late-night pickup fee.

Please share your flight details with our booking team so your arrival transfer can be coordinated.

How will I receive my pickup times and reminders?

When your clinic or return-airport pickup is scheduled, our team sends the details by email and WhatsApp. We also schedule reminders for 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes before the pickup time.

Your clinic transfers are organised around your appointments. If an appointment changes, the transfer arrangements are adjusted accordingly. Check your latest pickup message and contact our team with any questions about the time or location.

What happens on departure day?

Our team schedules your private return transfer to Antalya Airport and sends the pickup details by email and WhatsApp, with reminders before the journey. Your travelling companions can join the included transfer free of charge.

How can I confirm my transfer arrangements?

Contact our booking team to discuss your flight details, accommodation and pickup arrangements. For a hotel you plan to book independently, have its name and location checked before booking so transfer coverage is clear.
