2. What we collect

Information you give us through our consultation/enquiry form or WhatsApp: name, country, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, treatment of interest, and anything you write in your message. Technical data via cookies (see Cookie Policy): IP address, device/browser, and site usage.

We do not collect health or medical data through this website. We do not request medical history, photographs, or X-rays on the site. Any clinical information is collected later, only with your explicit consent, through a secure consultation channel.

3. Why we use it, and our legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5)

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation — necessary for taking steps prior to, and performance of, a contract / our legitimate interests.
• To coordinate a treatment quote and journey with our partner clinic(s) — contract / legitimate interests.
• To send you follow-up or marketing — only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To operate and secure the website — our legitimate interests.

4. Who we share it with

Our partner clinic(s) in Turkey, solely to prepare your quote and treatment plan; our service providers (hosting, CRM, communication tools) under contract; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.

5. International element

To arrange treatment in Turkey, data you provide is processed in Turkey. Where data reaches us from outside Turkey, we handle any cross-border transfer in line with applicable data-protection law.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to treatment: 24 months from last contact. Coordination records for patients who proceed: for as long as required by Turkish commercial and tax legislation. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent. Analytics: 14 months. We then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, learn how it is processed, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact info@newlooksmilegroup.com. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu). If you are located outside Turkey, you may have additional rights under your local data-protection laws and may be able to contact your local authority.
