2 · Clinical review and dentist consultation

The consultation format depends on your case. Our team coordinates the review and can arrange a discussion with a treating dentist when clinical questions need to be addressed. The clinician is responsible for assessment, suitability and explaining the treatment plan.

3 · Decide in your own time

You receive a clear written treatment plan and package quotation before you decide. Treatment payment is made after consultation and agreement of the services you will receive during that trip; two-trip cases are paid by trip. Hotel payment terms are separate, and selected All-Inclusive or Ultra-All-Inclusive hotel bookings require a deposit. Our booking team confirms the applicable hotel payment and cancellation terms before confirmation.
