Accommodation Options: Standard vs All-Inclusive Hotels

What accommodation options can I choose?

You can choose Treatment Only with VIP transfers, treatment with VIP transfers and a hotel, or an all-inclusive or ultra-all-inclusive hotel option for your Antalya dental trip.

Standard hotel-inclusive packages provide a 3–4-star bed-and-breakfast hotel, with accommodation for the patient alone. All-inclusive and ultra-all-inclusive refer here to the hotel options; discuss your preferred hotel arrangement with our team so it can be reflected in your personalised quote.

How many hotel nights are included?

For surgical dental trips, the treating surgeon generally requests 4–5 nights in Antalya. Cosmetic dental trips are planned for around 7 nights. These are general planning guides; your written quote confirms the nights included for each visit of your selected offer. Treatment Only does not include a hotel.

Your exact stay is set out in your individual plan. These are trip-planning durations, not a promise that recovery is complete by the end of the stay.

Can I book my own accommodation?

Yes. An own-accommodation discount may apply. Ask our team to confirm the applicable price and transfer coverage for your chosen hotel before booking.

Airport and clinic transfers are available when your hotel is close enough for our transfer arrangements. Before booking independently, share the hotel's name and location with our team so we can confirm whether transfers are included for that address. Do not assume that every hotel or resort is covered.

Can a companion stay with me and join transfers?

Yes. Our hotel-inclusive Smile Makeover Packages normally cover accommodation for the patient alone. Companion accommodation charges depend on the season and hotel selected.

Some seasonal deals include free accommodation for a companion sharing the patient's room, but this is not a permanent inclusion. Ask our team which offer applies to your dates. Companions can join the included airport and clinic transfers free of charge.

Do extra nights, upgrades or late checkout cost more?

Extra nights, room upgrades and late checkout are extras. Speak with our team about the arrangement you need so we can check the hotel and the additional cost.

We may be able to arrange complimentary late checkout through our agreement with the hotel. It depends on what the hotel can offer and should not be assumed or treated as guaranteed.

How is my hotel selected and booked?

Our booking team shares available hotel options so you can discuss your preferences. Your final hotel depends on availability and the accommodation option selected for your personalised package.

Our team arranges your stay after you share your flight confirmation. All-inclusive and ultra-all-inclusive hotel bookings also require a deposit.

What are the hotel cancellation and deposit rules?

Our booking team confirms the payment, deposit and cancellation terms for your selected hotel before you confirm the booking. Treatment and hotel payments are separate. All-inclusive and ultra-all-inclusive hotel bookings require a deposit.
