Is dental treatment in Turkey safe?
Yes — when you choose a properly licensed clinic and experienced dentists. Your treatment is carried out at our partner clinic in Antalya, which is licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health and a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), while New Look Smile Group is itself a government-authorised international health tourism intermediary (USHAŞ Certificate No. AK-1580). What about the ‘Turkey teeth’ stories I’ve seen?
Those stories usually come from cheap, unaccredited clinics that aggressively grind down healthy teeth to fit crowns fast. We take the opposite approach — conservative, planned treatment with proper materials, agreed with you in writing before anything starts. If a treatment is not right for your teeth, we tell you honestly; we would rather lose a booking than damage a smile.
What happens if something goes wrong after I get home?
You are not left on your own. Our patient team is reachable 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp, we follow up on your healing after you fly home, and we coordinate directly with the clinic on any clinical question. Everything your treatment includes is set out in writing before you travel.
Who will treat me, and are they qualified?

Is the clinic accredited?
Our partner dental clinic in Antalya is licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health and is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB). New Look Smile Group holds its own International Health Tourism Authorization issued under the Turkish Ministry of Health (USHAŞ Certificate No. AK-1580). We use the accurate words — licensed and member — because inflated credential claims are exactly what patients should watch out for.
Treatment and results
Will my new smile look natural?
A natural result is the whole point of a properly planned smile makeover — matching shape, shade and proportion to your face rather than applying one template to everyone. You see and discuss the plan in your consultation, so you know what to expect before anything starts.
Do you guarantee the results?
No — and we would encourage caution with anyone who does, because no ethical clinician promises how biology will respond. What you do receive in writing before you commit is the exact scope of your treatment and any cover that applies to the work itself, so you know precisely where you stand.
How long do crowns and implants last?
It depends on the materials used, your oral hygiene and regular check-ups — well-maintained modern restorations are designed to serve for many years. Your dentist gives you a realistic expectation for your specific case in the consultation, and any cover that applies to your treatment is confirmed in writing in your plan.
What is the difference between veneers and crowns?
Veneers are thin facings bonded to the front surface of a tooth; crowns cover the whole tooth. Which suits you depends on the condition of your teeth — your dentist advises honestly in the consultation, including when the more conservative option is the better one.
The trip and logistics
How long will I need to stay in Antalya?
As a guide, implant surgery typically needs 3–4 nights and a smile makeover 5–7 days — we usually recommend 7 so nothing is rushed. The exact days are planned with you upfront and confirmed in your written plan before you book flights.
Will I need to come back for a second visit?
It depends on your treatment. Some plans are completed in a single trip, while implant treatments often need a second, shorter visit after the healing period so the final restoration fits properly. Your day-by-day plan states this clearly before you book anything.
Where will I stay and how do I get around?
Your package includes 3–4 star bed-and-breakfast accommodation, with all-inclusive hotels available on request, and VIP transfers — airport pick-up and every clinic–hotel trip. You are looked after from the moment you land.
Do you book my flights?
You book your own flights — we advise on timing — and we confirm your treatment booking once we receive your flight confirmation. That is also why we never need a deposit.
Will someone speak English?
Yes. You have an English-speaking coordinator and host in Antalya, and our booking team is reachable 24/7 by call or message before, during and after your trip.
Which city will I be treated in?

Cost and payment
How much does treatment cost?
You receive a clear, written, all-inclusive quote after your free consultation — covering treatment, accommodation, transfers, medications and aftercare, with no hidden extras. We do not publish one-size-fits-all price lists, because an honest figure depends on your teeth, not a template.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We do not take deposits or any advance payment. You secure your booking by sending your confirmed flight details, and payment arrangements are set out in writing with your treatment plan.
Why is treatment cheaper than in the UK?
You pay less for the same quality of materials and qualified dentists, which is exactly why dental tourism exists in the first place.
What is included in the price?
Your accommodation, VIP airport and clinic transfers, your treatment, medications, a night guard where relevant, and 24/7 aftercare support. Flights are the only thing you arrange yourself, and your written quote lists exactly what is covered.
