Separate time in Antalya from implant healing, understand possible return visits, and check the written plan before arranging travel.

Dental implant treatment can involve a surgical visit followed by a later visit for the final teeth. The number of trips, time between stages and nights in Antalya depend on your assessment and treatment plan. A temporary restoration does not necessarily mean treatment is complete. Confirm each stage and the required stay before booking flights.
A clinical stage describes the work being carried out; a trip describes your travel arrangements. They are not interchangeable. Your plan may include assessment, implant placement, healing, restoration and ongoing review, with more than one appointment during a visit.

| Stage | What to confirm in your own plan |
|---|---|
| Before travel | Which records are needed; what remains provisional until an examination; who confirms dates |
| Examination and treatment planning | Proposed procedures, alternatives, agreed costs and any changes following assessment |
| Implant placement | Which appointments belong to this visit and the stay required for your case |
| Healing and review | How progress will be assessed and who decides when the restorative stage can begin |
| Final restoration | Whether the final teeth are included, how many appointments are planned and whether another visit is required |
| Ongoing care | Written instructions, review arrangements and records to retain |
Some patients can receive temporary fixed teeth or a removable temporary denture during the initial stage of All-on-4 or All-on-6 treatment. The surgical team aims to provide a suitable temporary option where clinically possible, to support appearance and daily activities during healing.
Temporary fixed teeth are not suitable for every patient. The treating dental surgeon makes the clinical decision based on implant stability, bone condition, bite forces and other relevant findings. The treatment or package name does not guarantee immediate fixed teeth. ITI full-arch loading guidance.
Loading means using an implant to support a restoration that takes biting forces. In implant terminology, immediate loading refers to functional loading within the first week after placement; delayed loading allows a healing period first. This definition is not a promise that fixed teeth will be fitted on the day you arrive. Placing an implant immediately after an extraction and loading that implant are separate decisions. ITI loading definitions.
For a full-arch temporary bridge, the surgeon also considers implant distribution, the opposing teeth and the planned control of chewing forces. Bone grafting or a sinus lift may affect the available options. These decisions cannot be confirmed from smile photographs alone. ITI complete-arch recommendations.
The surgeon may consider a removable temporary denture if it is suitable for the surgical site. In some cases, the safest recommendation is to avoid a temporary restoration entirely for a period. Do not assume that an existing denture can be worn after surgery without the surgeon's advice. NHS implant aftercare.
When this possibility is identified before treatment, the surgeon should explain the reasons, limitations and alternatives. Unexpected findings during surgery may also change the plan and should be explained promptly. Patient safety and healing take priority over providing temporary teeth immediately.
No. Temporary teeth serve the agreed interim stage; the final restoration is planned and fitted separately. Having temporary teeth does not mean healing is complete or that reviews and later appointments are unnecessary. Follow the surgeon's written care and chewing instructions and ask how readiness for the final restoration will be assessed. CUH implant stages.
Implant-supported temporary teeth are different from temporary crowns that protect prepared natural teeth.
Ask about the proposed temporary option, alternatives if it proves unsuitable, review arrangements and the work expected on each visit. Confirm separately what the quotation includes; clinical suitability and package inclusions are different questions.
Read the All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatment page and the bone grafting and sinus-lift guide, or ask our team to coordinate your planning questions.
Yes. Treatment sequencing and healing can be affected by additional procedures, including bone grafting or a sinus lift. Your clinician determines whether these are needed and explains their effect on your plan. A stay of a few nights is not the same as completion of bone healing or individual clearance to fly.
For New Look Smile Group’s arrangements, treatment is paid for the services received during each trip, after consultation and agreement. Hotel payments are separate, and hotel or package deposits may apply. Ask for the stages, inclusions and payment arrangements in writing; see dental package options.
Use the individual implant and crown price list to check component fees. Ask for an itemised quotation for each planned visit, including the final restoration, any additional procedures and separately agreed travel costs.
Before buying flights, ask the team to confirm the required nights for each proposed trip, the provisional timing of any return visit, and what happens if the clinical schedule changes. Keep arrangements aligned with the treating clinician’s advice.
